Financial Analysis Skills That Actually Matter
We built this program after years of watching businesses struggle with profitability. Not because they lacked data, but because they didn't know how to read it properly.

How This Program Works
Most profitability courses throw formulas at you and hope something sticks. We take a different approach. You'll work with real financial scenarios from businesses operating in Southeast Asian markets—companies similar to yours.
The program runs over 16 weeks. That might sound long, but here's the thing: understanding cash flow patterns and margin analysis takes time. Quick courses miss the nuances that separate decent financial decisions from great ones.
- Foundation weeks (1-4): Reading financial statements without getting lost in accounting jargon
- Analysis phase (5-10): Identifying profit leaks and understanding where money actually goes
- Strategy building (11-14): Creating actionable plans based on what the numbers tell you
- Application period (15-16): Working through your own business scenarios with instructor feedback
Three Learning Paths Based on Your Starting Point
Foundations Track
For business owners who've been avoiding the numbers. We start with what profit actually means and build from there. No shame in starting here—many successful entrepreneurs do.
12 weeksAnalysis Track
You understand basic financials but want deeper insights. This track focuses on trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and spotting problems before they become crises.
16 weeksStrategy Track
For those ready to use financial analysis as a strategic tool. We cover scenario planning, investment decisions, and building financial models that guide business direction.
20 weeksWho's Teaching This

Håkan Lindqvist
Lead Instructor, Financial Analysis
Spent 14 years helping small to medium businesses in Thailand understand their numbers. Started as a consultant, then realized teaching made more sense. Most rewarding part? Watching business owners have that "oh, now I get it" moment about their cash flow.

Davor Kovačević
Strategy Applications Instructor
Worked in financial planning across Eastern Europe and Asia. Brings practical experience from manufacturing, retail, and service businesses. Known for breaking down complex financial concepts into plain language that actually makes sense.
When Classes Run and What to Expect
We run small cohorts—maximum 18 participants—because financial analysis needs discussion. You can't learn this stuff in a lecture hall with 100 people.
Classes meet twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM Bangkok time. We record sessions, but honestly, live participation matters. The questions other participants ask often answer ones you didn't know you had.
Between sessions, expect 3-4 hours of work analyzing case studies and working through your own business numbers. The workload is manageable if you keep up. It becomes overwhelming if you try to cram everything the night before.
Upcoming Cohorts in 2025
- Summer Session: July 8 - October 28, 2025
- Fall Session: September 16, 2025 - January 13, 2026
- Year-End Session: November 11, 2025 - March 10, 2026
