We Built This on Real Experience

Back in 2019, I was sitting in a cramped office in Bangkok, watching another small business owner struggle to understand their cash flow reports. That moment stuck with me. So many brilliant people running solid businesses, but nobody taught them how to actually read the numbers that matter.

rippletransferly started because of conversations like that one. Not from some grand business plan or market analysis. Just from seeing the gap between what people need and what's actually available. We focus on profitability analysis education because that's where clarity happens.

How We Actually Got Here

The first program we ran had twelve participants in a borrowed conference room. Half of them were skeptical. One person left after the first session. But the ones who stayed? They came back with questions. Real ones. About margins, about cost structures, about reading between the lines of their own financial statements.

That feedback loop changed everything. We stopped trying to teach generic business finance and started focusing on what actually helps people make better decisions. Sometimes that means breaking down complex analysis into digestible pieces. Other times it's just showing someone where to look first.

By early 2025, we're working with business owners across Thailand who want to understand their numbers without drowning in theory or consultant-speak.

What We Focus On

These aren't just course topics. They're the areas where we've seen people have actual breakthroughs.

Cost Analysis

Most businesses know their revenue. Fewer understand where their money actually goes. We break down cost structures in ways that make sense for real operations, not textbook examples.

Practical Methods

Margin Intelligence

Gross margin, net margin, contribution margin. The terminology matters less than knowing which numbers to watch and when to act on them. We teach both.

Decision Support

Cash Flow Reading

Profitability on paper doesn't mean much if cash isn't moving right. Understanding the relationship between profit and liquidity changes how people run their operations.

Real-World Context

Performance Metrics

ROI, ROE, working capital ratios. These metrics tell stories about business health, but only if you know how to interpret them within your specific industry context.

Industry-Specific

Trend Analysis

One month's numbers don't mean much. Learning to spot patterns over time, identify seasonal effects, and separate noise from signals makes the difference.

Pattern Recognition

Scenario Planning

What happens if costs increase fifteen percent? If a major client leaves? Teaching people to model different scenarios helps them prepare instead of react.

Forward Thinking

Who's Actually Teaching

Our instructors have worked in finance, run their own businesses, or both. They understand the material because they've used it.

Kasper Lindgren, Financial Analysis Instructor

Kasper Lindgren

Financial Analysis Instructor

Kasper spent eight years as a financial controller for manufacturing companies before switching to education in 2022. He has this way of explaining variance analysis that actually makes sense to non-accountants.

Siobhan Byrne, Program Director

Siobhan Byrne

Program Director

Siobhan built and sold two businesses in the retail sector. She knows firsthand what it's like to need financial clarity at two in the morning before a major decision. Now she helps others get there faster.

Our Approach to Learning

We don't believe in certification programs that end up on a shelf. Our programs run from September through November 2025, with another cohort starting January 2026. They're designed around how people actually learn financial concepts.

1

Work With Real Data

Students bring their own financial statements or work with anonymized real-world cases. Theory matters, but application is what sticks.

2

Small Group Sessions

Maximum eighteen participants per cohort. This isn't about scale. It's about having enough time for actual discussion and individual questions.

3

Flexible Formats

Live sessions twice weekly, recorded materials available afterward, and optional working sessions for those who want extra time with instructors.
